The Company assumes no responsibility, and makes no guarantee, implied or otherwise, as to the accuracy or validity of information contained in the property listings except for those listings in which Namakasi is named as the actual owner of a property. All information contained in the listings has been provided by the property owner/vendor/rentor. Namakasi does not act as a mortgage broker.

Namakasi does not warrant or make any representations or claims as to the quality, accuracy, currency or otherwise of any information contained on our Sites or any sites linked to it. Any decision or action taken based on information contained on our sites or any sites linked to it are the sole responsibility of the user. The Company will not be liable for any claim or damage arising out of interpretation, reliance upon or other use of the information.

Abusing namakasi.ca or namakasi.net

Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us. Without limiting our remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate the use of our sites, prohibit access to our sites, remove hosted content, and take all required steps to keep users off our sites if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

You will not hold Namakasi responsible for other users' actions or inactions. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, merchantability or safety of the property advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell property, or that a seller will actually complete a property transaction. Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or to any third party is limited to the greater of

(a) the total fees you have paid to us or our affiliates in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to the liability, and

(b) CAD 100.

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, legal notices shall be served to Namakasi's primary business address (in case of Namakasi) or to the email address that you may provide to Namakasi (in your case). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you legal notice by mail to any address that you may have provided to us. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three days after the date of mailing.
