Our service includes listing your real estate on our English as well as on our German websites, posting of up to 10 pictures and free language translation of your real estate exposé into German.
With Namakasi it is easy to determine your costs for your web listing as we only charge a flat service fee to publish your exposé on our websites. You can keep your exposé posted until you sell your real estate or until you decide to take it off the Namakasi websites.

Vacation Rentals
Namakasi also offers the possibility to post a web listing for vacation rentals on our websites. The costs for those listings are charged annually and have to be renewed after the period they were initially booked for.

For any revisions of your web real estate listing after 48 hours of posting an additional service fee of $25.00* is required.
